MARISEAL® 250

Properties

The MARISEAL® 250 is a premium, liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing. Solvent based.

The MARISEAL® 250 is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties.

Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

MARISEAL® 250 FLASH

Properties

The MARISEAL® 250 FLASH is a premium, semi-thixotropic, liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing. Solvent based.

The MARISEAL® 250 FLASH is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal, UV and natural element resistance properties.

Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

The MARISEAL® 250 FLASH is semi-thixotropic for use in sloped surfaces.

MARISEAL® 260

Properties

The MARISEAL® 260 is a liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component polyurethane membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing. Solvent based.

The MARISEAL® 260 is based on pure elastomeric hydrophobic polyurethane resins, which result in excellent mechanical, chemical, thermal and natural element resistance properties.

Requires covering with suitable top-coat. Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture.

MARISEAL® 400

Properties

The MARISEAL® 400 is a pigmented, color- and UV-stable, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, one component aliphatic polyurethane coating, used as a top-coat for protection over exposed, polyurethane waterproofing coatings.

Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture over a unique moisture triggered chemical reaction.

Protects very efficiently, especially if a dark final color is desired.

Used over the MARISEAL®250 and 260 on surfaces, with domestic pedestrian traffic (e.g. Roofs, Terraces, Residential Walkways) that require a glossy, color-stable and non-chalking finish.

MARISEAL® 420

Properties

The MARISEAL® 420 is a pigmented, wear resistant, semi-rigid, color- and UV-stable, weather-stable, cold applied and cold curing, one component aliphatic polyurethane coating used as a top-coat for protection over exposed waterproofing coatings, subject to high wear conditions.

Cures by reaction with ground and air moisture over a unique moisture triggered chemical reaction.

• Waterproofing of public Pedestrian Traffic Areas
• Waterproofing of Exposed Car Parking areas
• Waterproofing of surfaces exposed to heavy wear conditions.

Used over the MARISEAL® 250 or 260, on surfaces with high public pedestrian trafficking (e.g. Stadium tribunes) and on surfaces with light car traffic (e.g. Exposed car parking areas)

MARISEAL 250 AQUA

Properties

The MARISEAL® 250 AQUA is a liquid-applied, highly permanent elastic, cold applied and cold curing, water based, one component, 100% polyurethane-based membrane used for long-lasting waterproofing.

The MARISEAL® 250 AQUA consists of flexible, water based polyurethane resins (dispersion), without the addition of inferior acryl resins and other admixtures.

When the MARISEAL® 250 AQUA is applied, it forms a hydrophobic, 100% waterproofing, seamless, polyurethane membrane without joints or leak possibilities, that protect old and new structures efficient and on a long term basis.

The MARISEAL® 250 AQUA is based on the innovative PUD-Technology™ of MARIS POLYMERS SA.

The MARISEAL® 400 AQUA is a water-based, pigmented, wear resistant, semi-rigid, color- and UV-stable, weatherstable, one component, aliphatic, 100% polyurethane coating used as a top-coat for protection over MARISEAL AQUA waterproofing membranes, subject to wear and weathering conditions.

The MARISEAL® 400 AQUA consists of flexible, waterbased polyurethane resins (dispersion), without the

addition of inferior acryl resins and other admixtures.

When the MARISEAL® 400 AQUA is applied, it forms a hydrophobic, 100% waterproofing, seamless, polyurethane coating, that protects the waterproofing basecoat efficient and on a long term basis.

The MARISEAL® 400 AQUA is based on the innovative PUD-Technology™ of MARIS POLYMERS SA.
