Properties

The MARIMOLD® 9800 is a premium, high output, low viscosity, release agent, suitable for use with Polyurethane resins.

MARIFIL® 6000

Properties

The MARIFIL® 6000 is a medium viscosity, non-foaming, two component, solvent free, polyurethane adhesive resin used for oil filters, fuel filters and industrial filters production. It provides excellent adhesion without shrinkage. It cures by crosslinking of the two components even at very low temperatures.

Applications

The MARIFIL® 6000 is suitable for :

  • Oil filters production
  • Fuel filters production
  • Industrial filters production, etc

Available in quick setting (1min pot life) and long setting (10min pot life).

MARIFIL® 6051

Properties

The MARIFIL® 6051 is a medium viscosity, foaming, two component, solvent free, polyurethane foam resin used for air filters production. It provides excellent adhesion without shrinkage. It cures by crosslinking of the two components.

Applications

The MARIFIL® 6051 is suitable for :

  • Air filters production
  • Hydraulic filters production

Available in quick setting (1min pot life) and long setting (10min pot life).
